QA Assistant Reviews 2009's Improvement Programme

In addition to providing the best value APQP software on the market, QA Assistant also believes in providing the best experience for our customers. Over the past 12 months, QA Assistant directors and employees participated in a number of courses as part of our strategies to best serve our customers.

The courses, managed by the Ceim Enterprise Platform Programme in partnership with Ireland's Sligo Institute of Technology and Letterkenny Institute of Technology, covered a variety of topics in line with a year in a Masters of Business Administration ( MBA ) degree programme - covering topics including business and project planning, time management, accounting, and legal studies.

"QA Assistant actively practices continuous improvement techniques. We believe in order to continue to provide the industry's best FMEA, Control Plan, and APQP software, our whole team needs to maintain a modern approach to growing industry knowledge," said QA Assistant Director, Brenda McGuinness. "Diversifying the knowledge of our team to include the many aspects of business will help our team to work closer together on cross-workgroup collaboration."

QA Assistant's continuous improvement programme will continue as an integral part of our ISO/IEC 27001 compliance.
