A free trial is a great way to evaluate new software and will give you insight into how QA Assistant Studio™ will save time with your FMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan, and other APQP documentation.
After you have registered for a 30 day free trial, you will receive an automated email containing your password to gain access to QA Assistant Studio™ FMEA software. If you have not received this, check spam/junk. You will then be assigned a QA Assistant Account Manager who will make contact with you.
Your Account Manager will be available to discuss your requirements in detail, guide you through the features of QA Assistant Studio™, provide customized quotations and offer other advice and help.
When and Where?
Set aside some time to ‘play around’ with the software. Work schedules can be very busy. By setting aside some time, you will get a real feel for how QA Assistant Studio™ can save you an enormous amount of time on FMEA, Control Plans, and other APQP documentation in the long run.
The good news is that the trial is available online, so you will be able to access this trial from any location where you have internet access, on your computer, laptop, tablet or even smartphone! You may even find it better to access the software from home when you have some quiet time.
Take a look at the training videos
When you log on, you will find a series of helpful QA Assistant Studio™ training videos under ‘Help – QA Assistant Studio™’. These short training videos will give you an understanding of the main functionality of the software, how to create an FMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, customize reports and much more. The software is designed to be easy to use; but watching videos saves you a lot of time rather than trying to figure out functionality yourself.
QA Assistant 24hr Support
You will be able to fully avail of QA Assistant support during the trial period. Support is available at support@QAassistant.com 24 hours per day Monday to Friday. Your Account Manager will also be happy to provide support and guidance.
Add real data to the system
You will be surprised by how easy it is to use QA Assistant Studio™. Try it out! Create a simple Process Flow and then build a Process FMEA (Failure Modes Effects Analysis) and Control Plan. You will be able to synchronize the information in these documents. Look at how the software handles revision control and how you can leverage existing information by using the lessons learned library. Again, the training videos will help you here.
Keep in mind how difficult it is to control your APQP documents using your existing spreadsheet or other methods. Not only will QA Assistant Studio™ save you time, you will also have full revision control and maintain integrity of your documentation.
Invite your colleagues to join the evaluation
You will be able to add up to 4 additional users to a trial account (if you need more, just ask!). Instructions on adding users can be found under ‘Help’. Note how easy it is for 2 or more people to work on the same document at the same time from different locations, something that cannot be done using the spreadsheet method.

We also offer a free live webinar to discuss your requirements in more detail and to give a demonstration of the functionality of QA Assistant Studio™. The webinar lasts just one hour and will be a great investment in time considering how this can be saved in the future. There will also be the opportunity for questions and answers. Ask ‘How does the software do this?’ ‘How does it handle...’ and so on. This webinar session can be booked through your Account Manager for a time and day to suit your schedule.
