Sebago, Maine — QA Assistant, a leader in APQP software and solutions, has re-engineered their successful QA Assistant Studio Suite and launched QA Assistant Studio Max which will feature upgraded tools, seamless integration, enhanced functionality as well as numerous new features designed to help engineering teams improve the efficacy of their Failure Mode Effective Analysis (FMEA) while simultaneously saving time through an all-in-one software package.

By utilizing the QA Assistant Studio Max platform, the enhanced user experience will now include access to all engineering documents easily grouped, stored and controlled together. A popular function from the earlier version of the platform, Build + Sync, has been expanded to allow for the “nesting” of documents alongside a redline comparison of synchronized documents. Project Management has become a streamlined process with everything – including Design FMEA, Process FMEA, Control Plan and other PPAP documents – all easily accessible in one centralized location.

Among the new features offered through QA Assistant Studio Max include over 12,000 new document templates, the ability to view several documents simultaneously through tabbed views and a personalized dashboard is available to display important notices, overdue actions, recent documents, and other useful information.

The security standards that have been a mainstay with QA Assistant products including state-of-the-art servers, daily backups and dozens of daily snapshots have continued to evolve to take advantage of modern technologies including AES-256 file encryption which means clients can be assured that their most sensitive information is protected.
